What does Conflict Coaching look like?

Conflict Coaching is a one-to-one, confidential and impartial service involving just our client and the Coach. Up to three sessions of up to 1½ hours each are avaiable.

The heart of Conflict Coaching is supporting our clients to
* make their own decisions
* create new perspectives and
* explore new ways of responding to their situation.

We believe that a maximum of three sessions supports our clients to confront what is their own problem and create their own solution, through change, through developing a different perspective or through coming to terms with what is happening. 

Offering more than three sessions runs the risk of our client seeing them simply as ways to talk about their problems without actually doing anything about them.
