What do I have to do?

It is important that our clients:

1.  accept that there is a difficulty, and that their own response may not be supporting themselves or a resolution of the situation

2.  seek constructive paths forward that are about looking at their own responses and ways of changing these, rather than trying to change the others involved

3.  know that their Coach will seek to remain impartial so that they are challenged about their own 'story' and why they have responded as they have so far.

4.  understand that the aim of Conflict Coaching is to support them in empowering themselves and achieving self-responsibility for their situation, and their responses to that situation, so that they do not feel 'trapped' by their difficulties.
