Conflict Coaching

Conflict Coaching is for people struggling with an unresolved difficult situation at work, at home or with their neighbours. It could be about anything: a consumer complaint, bullying, a troubled relationship, problems with anger or even where to go on holiday – each situation is different.

Conflict Coaching enables our clients to reflect on how they are responding to that difficult situation so they can create their own new ways of dealing with it constructively and effectively.

Sometimes people ask if Conflict Coaching is a form or counselling and therapy. It’s not. Sessions are focused on how our client is responding to things as they are now, rather than looking backwards into personal history or how a situation arose. A Conflict Coach does not analyse their client, nor do they ‘diagnose’ or assign labels.
